These shirts run very slim. I’m 6’1” and 225lbs and bought XL (which is same as Larry is wearing in pic). I can assure you my physique is nowhere near the size of Larry and these are super tight along the torso. The joggers I bought XL (I usually wear a large) and they fit just right, but again, I’m not big in the thighs. Quality feels spot on though.
