You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed)
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start an exchange, contact us at Support@prlifestyle.com with "EXCHANGE – Order #[Your Order Number]" in the subject line. Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The replacement item you would like

Once approved, we will provide instructions and an address for sending back the item. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Measure for Your PR Ratchet Belt

Step 1: Do not use your pants size
 Your lifting belt size is usually different from your jeans or shorts size.

Step 2: Measure around your navel
 Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your midsection where the belt will actually sit.

Step 3: Stand relaxed
 Do not suck in or flex your stomach. Measure in a normal standing position.

Step 4: Match your measurement to the size chart
 Choose the size where your measurement falls closest to the middle of the range.

Step 5: Between sizes? Size up
 If your measurement is near the top of a range, choose the next size up for more adjustment room.

Measure around your navel for the most accurate fit. If you're wearing a shirt, measure over the shirt. Refer to the size chart above to match your measurements and select the correct belt size. Avoid using your wait or pant size as a reference.

To keep your PR Lifestyle Lever Belt in top condition:

  • Store in a cool, dry place. If wet, air dry completely before use or storage.
  • Use a damp cloth to remove sweat and chalk. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.
  • Use a leather conditioner sparingly every few months to preserve flexibility and prevent cracking.
  • Hand-clean only. Exposure to machines, high heat, or full submersion in water will damage the belt.
  • Periodically check and tighten screws to maintain lever security and stability.
