Returns & Exchange Policy
At PR Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges for eligible items to ensure you receive the right product.
Exchange Policy
You have 60 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed)
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start an exchange, contact us at Support@prlifestyle.com with "EXCHANGE – Order #[Your Order Number]" in the subject line. Please include:
- Your Order Number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The replacement item you would like
Once approved, we will provide instructions and an address for sending back the item. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Important Notes on Exchanges:
- Processing time: Once we receive your item, exchanges typically take 1-2 weeks to process. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed.
- Stock availability: If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.
Final Sale Items (No Exchanges or Returns)
- Digital products (eBooks, training programs, etc.)
- Gift cards
These items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately at Support@prlifestyle.com so we can make it right.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
For lost packages in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the exchange.
Apparel - Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for misprinted, defective, or damaged items.
- We do not accept exchanges for sizing or color selection, as all orders are made to order.
- If an issue is due to a printing or fulfillment error, we will cover the cost of the exchange.
To report an issue, submit a problem report via Support@prlifestyle.com.
U.S. / Domestic Orders
- Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority! If you need an exchange, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges do not hold items until the returned item has been received at our facility.
- During peak holiday seasons, please expect slight delays in processing exchanges.

International Orders
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees and return shipping costs.
- We do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.
- Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you with alternative options.
To request an exchange, email Support@prlifestyle.com with "INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE – Order #[Your Order Number]" in the subject line.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to request an exchange, in accordance with EU regulations. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Shipping & Handling Times
- 95% of all orders ship out within 1-2 business days.
- Priority Orders are processed before standard orders.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
- The cut-off time for same-day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 8 AM PST. Orders placed after that time will ship on the following business day.
Additional Notes
- Wrong Address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the order will be returned to our facility. The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed Packages: Orders that are not claimed will be returned to us, and reshipment costs will apply.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons, please allow extra time for orders and exchanges to be processed.
