Returns and Exchanges
U.S. / Domestic Orders:

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 60 days of receiving an order.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.
*Exchanges do not hold items until the return items have been shipped to our facility
*During the holidays are approaching please expect delays on getting orders out and returns being processed, we will be working day and night to get all orders out as soon as possible and appreciate everyone's patience during the busy season!
International Orders:

Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving an order. Please make sure that the item to be returned or exchanged is unwashed and unworn with original tags. When processing a customer exchange, if the item is out of stock you will receive a refund in its place. Turnaround time for all returns and exchanges is 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.

 

All returns and exchanges should be mailed back to us at the customers expense. Contact support@prlifestyle.com to start the process. The subject of the email should be RETURN or EXCHANGE. Please include your oder number in the email.

Please include an exchange/return instruction message inside the package with the below mentioned details:

  • Order number
  • Is it a Return or Exchange
  • Item you want in exchange

International Orders

We have no control over customs fees, and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. 

Shipping and Handling Times

95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. 

The cut-off time for same day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 8am PST. Any orders placed after that time will most likely be shipping the following business day.  

 

Additional Return Policy:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. No exchanges will be allowed for size and apparel color exchange as all orders are made to order.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default to our facility. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. The return address is set by default to our Print facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get used internally after 30 days. If our Print facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
