The straps I got are not my size or are a bit lose for the regular Olympic bar but if you run into that problem you can simply twist towards plate when you loop them on and they actually Work even better that way! . I really love these straps and look forward to my next PR . My goal is to pull 500LBS on the deadlift and I think I’ll get it with these straps .
