The wraps have been helping a lot. I was able to hit 225 the first time 2 weeks ago with the wraps an I just hit 235 with the wraps the other day, aswell as hitting 225 without them finally.

These are the first wraps that I’ve ever tried. It took me a minute to get the wrapping technique down. Once I did, though it was game on! I’ve been struggling with elbow pain really bad. I first tried these on my incline, bench press and had a PR! And then proceeded to rep it for five reps!! I now use these wraps on pretty much all pushing movements. The stability that I get is incredible and I have a way way less pain in my elbow. I highly recommend.

My bench press max used to be 110 kg, but after using this, I was able to hit 130 kg. The increased stability allowed me to handle heavier loads safely, which made my training far more efficient and productive. I can really focus on pushing my limits without worrying about form breakdown. Another huge benefit is that my elbow pain completely disappeared. I used to struggle with discomfort during heavy sessions, but now I can train pain-free. Honestly, I can’t imagine training without this anymore. It has become an essential part of my workouts.
