Our patented ratchet buckle system is designed for instant micro-adjustments and effortless removal. Unlike traditional lever belts that require unscrewing to resize (or a wrestling match to get off after a heavy set), the PR Ratchet Belt locks in tight with a click, loosens in seconds, and adjusts on the fly.
Available in 8 sizes (S–5XL), the PR Ratchet Belt is ready for your biggest lifts and your fastest exits from them.

How to Measure for Your PR Ratchet Belt
Step 1: Do not use your pants size Your lifting belt size is usually different from your jeans or shorts size.
Step 2: Measure around your navel Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your midsection where the belt will actually sit.
Step 3: Stand relaxed Do not suck in or flex your stomach. Measure in a normal standing position.
Step 4: Match your measurement to the size chart Choose the size where your measurement falls closest to the middle of the range.
Step 5: Between sizes? Size up If your measurement is near the top of a range, choose the next size up for more adjustment room.
Measure around your navel for the most accurate fit. If you're wearing a shirt, measure over the shirt. Refer to the size chart above to match your measurements and select the correct belt size. Avoid using your wait or pant size as a reference.
To keep your PR Lifestyle Lever Belt in top condition:
Store in a cool, dry place. If wet, air dry completely before use or storage.
Use a damp cloth to remove sweat and chalk. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.
Use a material-safe conditioner sparingly every few months to preserve flexibility and prevent cracking.
Hand-clean only. Exposure to machines, high heat, or full submersion in water will damage the belt.
Periodically check and tighten screws to maintain lever security and stability.

I’ll be honest, it took me a week or two to pull the trigger on this belt because of the cost. But the second I got it and tried it on, I was blown away. The ease of getting it on and off, the adjustability, the overall quality top tier. You can literally smell the leather. Even the bag it comes with isn’t cheap material.
If you’re on the fence, stop waiting. Just JUMP and get it. You won’t regret it.
I love the ratchet adjustment and the quick release. Compared with my friends pioneer belt, mine broke in much quicker. The description is vague when ordering. It lists it as 10mm AND 13mm. Mine arrived as 13mm, but compared to my old 10mm belt it wasn't hard to get used to. I would buy it again and recommend this to anyone serious about powerlifting. (As long as money isn't an issue)
Definitely love the belt hands down one of the best pieces of gear I’ve added to my training. The support, stability, and comfort is on another level. It helps me lift smarter, not harder, while keeping my back locked in and protected when I’m pushing crazy numbers in the gym. You can feel the difference instantly. Appreciate a brand that actually cares about performance and injury prevention at the same time. Can’t wait to keep leveling up with this gear and hopefully try out more from the lineup soon 👊🏾🔥
I have achieved many Personal Records with my SBDs and i'm on the road to 600kg total at 77kg BW this early in my journey. I am deeply attached to this premium piece of engineering.
Didn't like the shipping because it took longer than expected. Wanted for Xmas and my previous belt broke. Other than that, love the adjustable part and it goes on and comes off easy. Plus, not too tight for my stomach.
This belt, despite initial skepticism due to its price, has proven to be a valuable asset, particularly given my fluctuating weight. I've rated it four stars, with three primary concerns. Firstly, the price point seems somewhat elevated considering the plastic components within the mechanism where the metal buckle attaches. A more durable, flexible metal alternative for these parts would be preferable, and I will be monitoring its long-term performance to assess potential slippage. Secondly, the sizing options could be improved. I suggest a medium range of 30-36 inches and a small range of 24-30 inches. As I fall between these current ranges, I opted for a small to be cautious, but I anticipate needing a new belt if my waist size exceeds 34 inches, as it may no longer fit securely. Lastly, the product description regarding the belt's thickness is inaccurate. For a product exceeding $300, the description should be precise. While advertised as 13mm, it is, in fact, 10mm, as confirmed in Larry's videos. This misrepresentation is unacceptable, especially given the premium price and the company's policy of charging for return shipping even when inaccuracies or errors in order fulfillment are their responsibility.

very solid belt, and much more rigid to what i’m used to but just a matter of time before I accommodate to it. really good quality materials and overall good.
Finally got my belt in. Breaking it in on a squat day. The stability and all around comfort is insane. At first I was skeptical due to pricing. But 100% worth every penny. If your moving heavy weight and want to feel like you dont even have a belt on, this should be your go to belt.
Larry you are the Man!!!! Thank you
We have a special Olympic power lifting team at Naspower in Bakersfield ca.
We are constantly struggling with buckle belts and lever belts.
This belt fixed everything for are lifter Garret Alcaraz a National and world champion the only special needs lifter competing with no special allowances .
Thank you very much much for the new design, and it gets a lot of attention in are Gym.

I was dissapointed getting a stiffer 13mm belt when it was advertised as a 10mm belt. Support just kinda said that it happens. It shouldnt happen, we know pioneer and titan give us excatly that diameter belt we order. Apart from that the ratchet is genius and works well.
All I can say is been working since 2012 I went from being 300 pounds to my lowest weight was 170 at a 28 in waist losing a total off 130 pounds in just 6 months .I have been lean cut, and even at my strongest now weighing in at 230 with a little more body fat then I wish I do 6 days a week hitting every muscle group twice a week running 2 miles 4 days a week at a 7:30 min mile pace lifting unbelievable prs that I wasn't able to do before I still got a long journey to go but I know with this New PR belt by Larry wheels I will be hitting even bigger prs with all the confidence. All I can say this belt is amazing best weightlifting belt I have ever used the micro adjustments on this thing are so dialed down to fit with comfort and confidence all I can say I highly recommend this belt one of a kind I definitely love it
This is absolutely the best belt I have ever had. Love how easy it is to use. And as most women will understand your weight will fluctuate day by day and with this belt, it didn’t matter!
The belt feels really good. When you cinch it up nice and tight you feel an extra layer of protection. At my age I can't afford to tweak my back and it gives me reassurance that everything will stay compact in my lumbar and torso region. I totally recommend the belt for anyone who is looking to boost their lifts. I don't barbell squat or deadlift anymore but I use the belt to do the machine squats and Rowing exercises. I will even use it for standing barbell curls. I feel more confident to go a little heavier on these movements.
Great belt! Easy to put on and crank it down to exactly how I want it. The release lever is amazing especially after a heavy lift. I highly recommend this belt. High quality.
I'm a security officer and I work out religiously and I try to stay fit and keep my weight up it makes my job easier, with the belt on I'm comfortable enough to get under 405 for 4 reps I'm 5"8 230. I've had a lot of lever belts but this PR belt is the best ever.
I usually do not post reviews but for this belt I had to. I have been weight training for like 35 yrs and this is the best belt i have ever owed. The fit that you get from the ratchet mechanism is perfect. If you are thinking about buying this belt do not hesitate, it is awesome.
The belt is phenomenal. Yes it’s pricey, but can you really put a price on reliability, and a steady good product. I’ve tried different belts and this belt by far meets all my expectations of a belt. Easy to put on, ratcheting system makes it great to fit snug and the release lever is mind blowing. Definitely worth the buy if you’re a serious lifter!
The belt was created with a lot of thought and love for the weights in mind. It’s genius that instead of relying on a squat rack or a buddy to help hi reach that tight seal you’ve designed a simple method to do it yourself to preserve energy. Even the fact that it came with a handy bag to store it already in a coiled fashion, and that it has a pocket to keep your sleeves in it. Again, a lot of love and passion went into it along with a genius design. I say this as a 20 year lifter, a soldier, and a LEO. Thank you!
