The belt is great quality. I got an XL with my waist being 38” and it’s a tad loose. Nothing that’s a deal breaker, but I’d definitely size down next time I bought one!

This is my 1st belt and I've been using it for over a month now. My bracing is better now thanks to it, and I feel more secure and tight when I'm squatting and deadlifting. The lever is sturdy and easy to use. The screws given were a bit short in my opinion, but they fit after a couple of tries. I can't compare it to other belts, but it's a good product made with high quality materials and I recommend it.

The belt is way more sturdier than the traditional belt with holes.
