Buckle broke within two times of using it. Reached out to customer service who said a replacement buckle would be shipped out immediately. Still haven't heard from them on a shipping date for this new buckle and its been almost a week.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
Step 1: Don't Use Your Pant Size
Your lifting belt size is often different from your jeans or shorts size. Always measure your waist before ordering.
Step 2: Measure Where You'll Wear the Belt
Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around your midsection where you plan to wear the belt, typically at or slightly above your navel.
Step 3: Stand Naturally
Stand relaxed and breathe normally. Do not suck in your stomach, brace your core, or flex while measuring.
Step 4: Compare Your Measurement
Compare your waist measurement to the Recommended Waist Measurement listed in the size chart. Choose the size where your measurement falls closest to the middle of the recommended range for the best overall fit.
Step 5: Between Sizes?
If your measurement falls between two sizes:

To keep your PR Lifestyle Lever Belt in top condition:
- Store in a cool, dry place. If wet, air dry completely before use or storage.
- Use a damp cloth to remove sweat and chalk. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.
- Use a material-safe conditioner sparingly every few months to preserve flexibility and prevent cracking.
- Hand-clean only. Exposure to machines, high heat, or full submersion in water will damage the belt.
- Periodically check and tighten screws to maintain lever security and stability.

I have been training for forty five years, and the PR ratchet belt is the best belt that I have ever used! It’s incredibly easy to adjust and I love how the ratchet feature allows for minute adjustments while training.
I’m going to be sixty in December, and have been training for about forty five years now. The PR ratchet belt is by far, the best belt that I have ever used! The quality is exceptional and it’s extremely easy to adjust and use. I have had an old school belt for over forty years, that uses traditional double holes for the belt but it was extremely difficult to adjust and take off. The new PR belt is a game changer. I also love how easy it is to make minute adjustments as I’m working out, without having to stop and struggle with the belt.
I love the adjustability of the Ratchet mechanism, lets you get the right amount of tightness without having to take it apart. This is my first ever lifting belt, i’ve been using it for 2 weeks now, still need to break it in, but it has definitely helped out with my balance when im working on my squats. Belt lasted less than six months only to have the lever system break on me. Reached out to Pr for help on the matter and they said nothing they can do since they only offer one month warranty. Which is bs since this belt is expensive and it should have def been made to handle heavy use. Not buying from him again.
